Mr. Tomassi began his legal career as a litigation associate at Proskauer Rose, LLP, an international law firm headquarted in New York City. Prior to joining León Cosgrove Jiménez, LLP, Mr. Tomassi was a litigation shareholder at international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

MANAGING PARTNER
Ronald J. Tomassi, Jr. is the Managing Partner at the Denver, Colorado office of León Cosgrove Jiménez, LLP and focuses his practice on commercial, banking, securities, real estate, and consumer finance litigation. He represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state court. Mr. Tomassi also has experience representing health care clients in state administrative forums in cases arising from licensing and reimbursement issues.
Mr. Tomassi also advises clients on regulatory issues related to consumer financial services, and defends clients against claims arising under federal lending and banking regulations, state unfair and deceptive acts (UDAP) statutes, and other consumer lending and protection statutes and regulations, including those implemented and enforced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
